The software now can generate the php code that you need for your landing pages in order to dynamically insert your keywords. If you are not familiar with dynamic keyword insertion, have a look at this webiste Ad Grenade and you will understand what it is all about.

Dynamic keyword insertion is great to use on your websites. You will be able to pinpoint a users thoughts via your site. At the very least, have a look and decide if it’s right for you.

key=acnetreatment&id=g10b

key = stands for keyword

acnetreatment = obviously your keyword

id = is telling clickbank or any of the other advertising centers that this id is to be recorded

g = google (if your using yahoo for example…the letter will be ‘ y ‘

10 = this is the number that you chose to start your numbering

b = this stands for ‘broad’ in the bidding match type

So now you have all of this information…now what do you do with it?

You go to Clickbank and download your id stats.

Next you can take a look in the column that says “tid” (stands for Tracking ID’s)

From here, you can open up Ad Grenade, open the file that was saved for this project and then save a spreadsheet of the keyword & their tracking id’s.

Open up the spreadsheet and match your id’s from Clickbank with the id’s from the Ad Grenade spreadsheet.

That’s it!

And of course you can see the keywords that are making the sales too.

If you don’t know how do it manually…you’ll never do it and chances are if you do know how to do it manually…you’re spending days, not hours, giving each and every one of your hundreds of keywords their own tracking id. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Like I said before, this function is #1 for me.

Sotello’s Review: Ad groups aren’t fun sometimes especially when you have so many of them. This worked wonders for me. I couldn’t tell you how much time I saved. It takes me more time to write this single review than to create 200 adgroups with 2 ads in each…that’s a fact. Great function to have.

4. “Ad Grenade Will Save You Hours Of Tedious Labor!”

Sotello’s Review: When I first started doing online affiliate marketing, my wife used to hound me for spending so much time on the computer. It drove me insane! All the nagging! Haha, sorry honey but its true. She obviously didn’t realize (and neither did it) how much time it took to do all of the things necessary to create a fully blown, well researched AdWords Ad campaign. What Ad Grenade does and does it well is dynamically insert your keyword in to your keyword tracking url.  What that means is that your tracking url will look similar to this:

This keyword tracking url is telling the most important information.  The keyword that the searcher input into Google and the unique id it has.  So for this example, the keyword is “acne” and it is set for the match type called “broad’…that’s what the “b” is for.

If you’re setting up a new Adwords campaign and you really want to make an impact on the searcher…you can use that “key=” to dynamically insert their search term into your landing or sales page.  That is some cool shhhh.

If you were trying to sell an acne product and you decided to really utilize this powerful keyword insertion feature, you can possible put a title grabber like this: “Looking for “key” ? You’ve found the right place!

That was just a generic version of what you’ll be able to come up with but I’m sur eyou get the picture.  This can really make the reader, user, searcher, etc really feel llike if they found their answer page and they will definitely read on to see what you have to offer.

Of course you would have to set up a little php code and rename your index file from .html to .php…but that’s the easy part.

Think of the possibilities.  Dynamic keyword insertion into your Adwords ads and also into your sales page.  Along with keyword tracking all the way to Clickbank.  Imagine that!

If you remember or if you dont, I was the first one to write a review about Ad Grenade.  Now there are tons of “reviews” out there but after reading some of them…I think those people never even bought Ad Grenade or even know how it functions.

Ad Grenade is a powerful and very useful AdWords Pay Per Click campaign software tool.  There are several reasons as to why this is but for this post I’ll just start with the basics.

Affiliates who dont own Ad Grenade yet will be sorry that they dont.  Ad Grenade is able to perform Adwords tasks like no other.  Let me give you an example of what I mean.

Just today, I started a new campaign.  This means that I’ve already done my keyword research and found a group of keywords that I want to use.  For me, keyword research now takes the longest to do.  Anyway, all i have to do is input…lets say for this example…50 keywords into Ad Grenade.

I now have the option to use what AdGrenade calls “Keyword Explosion”. This is a list of alternate words or phrases that Ad Grenade can put in front and behind your main keyword.  Lets use the subject of “acne”.  There are lists that you can click on in Ad Grenade, the keyword explosion lists that are prepared by category…some examples are, Basic Colors, Buying, Review, States, Sizes, etc.  Underneath these categories are popular search terms such as, under “buying” category you’ll find the words: buy, purchase, pay for, find, get, etc.

If I decide to use this “buying” category for my keyword “acne treatment’, Ad Grenade will automatically put all of the “buying” search terms in front of and behind my keyword.  The end result would be something like this: buy acne treatment, acne treatment buy.

You can also create your own list of keywords or key phrases that you want in front or behind your keyword.  Your original keyword remains the same…nothing is changed there…only the output is changed.

From a list of 50 keywords, you can “explode” you keywords to hundreds or even thousands and the root keywords will remain the same.  This will give you greater coverage for your root or main keywords.

In my last post about AdGrenade keyword tracking, I mentioned this ( key=acne ).  Now, if you haven’t read my last post, you should read it first so this one will make sense.  But before I get to key=acne, I want to give you and example of dynamic keyword insertion so that it will make a little more sense when I try to explain key=acne tomorrow…hopefully you’re not already confused.

I use Ad Grenade every day…or at least for every campaign…I couldn’t work the same without it…its absolutely necessary in what I do.

Ok…on to the tips: Lets say that you start a new Adwords PPC campaign and you want to impress your user with some very intriguing content like dynamic keyword insertion.  For this example, I’m using Google Adwords and Google Search.  So, out topic is acne and you should now have a group of keywords that can fit into the same category.  This would be something like: acne treatment, acne cure, acne medication.  Notice how all of these keywords can be assigned under one “theme”. A theme would be a category in which similar meaning keywords can be assigned.

On the the example:  You now have a group of keywords that can fit under a theme that you might call “acne treatments”.  Under the acne treatments umbrella, you have the keywords: acne treatment, acne cure, acne medication.

Now you write and ad for these keywords and this is where Ad Grenades power starts coming into play again.  You can dynamically insert your keyword into you ad and also into your landing or sales page.

The string looks something like this:  Example ad in AdGrenade:

{KeyWord} in New York

The Best {KeyWord} Info Online

Start Your {KeyWord} Today

{KeyWord}.AcneGone.Com

Lets say that the searcher typed in “acne treatment”

This is what the ad will look like:

Can you start to see the power of dynamic keyword insertion?  This may or may not be an overstatement of dynamically inserting your keyword but just look at that ad…how can they not notice it and not click on it?  Its got their keyword 4 times in the ad and it looks like its specifically what they were looking for.  If they had typed in “acne cure”…you guessed it, acne cure would show up and be bolded 4 times.

This is special because it means you only have to write 1 or 2 ads for each “theme” and as long as the keywords will fit in the ad space provided…you got a winner.  You’ve  just completely laser targeted your keyword and matched it to your searcher…that’s power.

If you’re a customer of mine then you should really pay attention to this post.

In this post I will show you a very easy way to track your keywords all the way to the “Clickbank”.

If you’ve been tinkering around with Ad Grenade you’ve already noticed the power and ease of use.

But Ad Grenade can do more than just explode your ads…it can dynamically insert your keyword tracking Ids.

Its best you go into your AdGrende software now so you can see exactly what I’m talking about.

Can you see up at the top where it says  “Tracking Options”? Click on that and it will open up a little box with a nice green button and underneath the button it says, “Assign Start ID”.  You can now use AdGrenade to start entering in your special ID numbers.  So lets say you want to start with number 10 and set the increments to 10 as well.  Your tracking numbers will come out like this: 10, 20, 30, etc.  You get the picture.

Now, you might say, “thats great but how do I know that its inserting the code”.  Com’on that’s an easy answer, just look at your url…its in there already.  But here’s where the power of Ad Grenade comes in even more handy. For Clickbank, you can use 3 match types…broad, “phrase” and [exact].  Ad Grenade will automatically assign each match type with the id tracking code to each keyword.

For example: If you want to track the word acne, your code will look like this:

www.yourid.clickbank.hop.net/index.php?id=10b (this is broad match)

www.yourid.clickbank.hop.net/index.php?id=10p (this is phrase match)

www.yourid.clickbank.hop.net/index.php?id=10e (this is exact match)

Now, you ask me, how do I know what 10b or 10e or 10p stand for if I have thousand of keywords?

Another easy question…AdGrenade stores your keyword with the id number attatched to it…simple right.

You can also use a very cool AdGrenade feature called dynamic insertion. You would use a code similar to this: www.yourid.clickbank.hop.net/index.php?key=acne&id=10b

What this url is saying is that your the keyword typed into Google is “acne” and its code is “10b”

Now that you have this information, you can use it on your landing page for dynamic keyword insertion. What this means is when someone types thier keyword (in this case its acne) into Google search, you will be able to “dynamically insert” it into your landing page.  This is a very cool and intriguing feature.

But that’s not all AdGrenade can do…another thing is dynamically inserting the keyword in to your Adwords Ads…yep, you heard that right.  All you have to do is write an ad with a space for your keywords to be dynamically inserted and when a user searches on Google, the keyword will be automatically displayed on your PPC ad…is that cool or what!
